Description - The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to award a contract to West Publishing Corporation (a Thomson Reuters business) for the renewal and upgrade to the Westlaw Precision platform and content. The period of the contract will include a 12-month base period commencing November 1, 2023 and four (4) option years.  The CFTC’s Office of the General Counsel requires the use of a web-based legal research subscription service to provide general counsel, trial attorneys and analysts the tools necessary to assist in legal analysis. In addition, Westlaw is the only platform that provides coverage of Commodities Regulation including fraud, manipulation and disgorgement remedies in CF
