Description - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL) has the regular, recurring need for Calibrating Hi-Techniques Equipment. To support these needs, the Government intends to award a M aster Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five year ordering period to Hi-Techniques Inc. (CAGE: 0FCR6 / UEI: DTKAMAC89TR1)  on a sole source basis. Hi-Techniques is the only manufacturer that offers a service that can be used to repair the ERDC’s existing systems. Only Hi-techniques can service the equipment; allowing others to do so will void any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranties. The calibration process is proprietary and
