Description - The Council wishes to invite quotes for the supply of services by an appropriately qualified consultant in respect of undertaking of an assessment of the capacity of landscapes within the Borough to absorb solar photovoltaic development. The purpose of the study is to inform the review of Local Plan policies, the content of supplementary planning documents and guidance notes, and the determination of planning applications across the Borough.
