Description - This contract concerns the creation of public accessibility registers for the ERPs of the Cities of Lille, Lomme, Hellemmes and their CCAS, i.e. 451 ERPs in total identified in 2022. ERP managers must make a document, called public accessibility regi ster, in order to communicate on the level of accessibility of the services offered by their establishment. The register, to be as useful as it is effective, must be simple and understandable by everyone. This simplicity must also be present in its development. This is in fact a communication tool between the ERP and its customers, a means of promoting the quality of a welcome for all audiences and the attention paid to everyone.
