Description - The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA or Department) is seeking a TX-RAMP (or acceptable equivalent) certified vendor to provide its Organic Certification Program and Texas Office of Produce Safety (TOPS) with an inspection and licensing IT soluti on. TDA is making efforts to achieve greater efficiencies through a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution to modernize and consolidate current systems.
