Description - Description: Torus is preparing bids for submission to SHDF Wave 2, with submission deadlines expected to be Spring 2022. £20m has been allocated for fabric first projects for delivery in 2023/24, with the option to start on site in Q4 2022/23 depen dent on the SHDF Wave 2 timelines.Projects are anticipated to comprise insulation, ventilation, roofing, windows, doors and solar PV on circa 700 low rise flats, houses and bungalows.
