Description - The Council requires a detailed bespoke Leadership Programme for all social care provisions across Southend-on-Sea, resulting in all participants receiving accreditation through a university/institute that is endorsed by Skills for Care.The Provider must deliver an in person face-to-face programme for up to 36 Social Care Leaders.
