Description - Description: The proposed enabling works are being undertaken to facilitate a future construction contract for a new library and resource centre. The enabling works will consist of the installation of civil infrastructure (ie. ducts, manholes and the like) to cater for electrical service diversions (to be carried out under a seperate contract at a later date) around the proposed new MIC Library site.
