Description - The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) proposes to issue solicitation SPE4AX-24-R-SAC1, to add 747 sole source NSNs (Attachment 1) to the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) long term contracts. The solicitation will be unrestricted, using Other Than Ful l and Open Competition, as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The SAC long term contract went into effect on July 1, 2015, and has a five (5) year base period with a five (5) year option period for a potential duration of ten (10) years.
