Description - Description: The project concerns a new construction operation for a 165-bed EHPAD and the restructuring of a 40-bed SSR building on the Saint-Astier Hospital Center site. The estimated duration of the work is 31 months (including preparation and rec eption): Preparation: 2 months, New construction work on the EHPAD: 18 months; Moving: 1 month; SSR restructuring work: 10 months.
