Description - Description The Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation is soliciting for a road maintenance contractor to provide operations, management and maintenance (OMM) work on the Sierra Yoyo Desan (SYD) Road near Fort Nelson. The SYD Road is a 1 80 km long, all weather, provincial public highway and resource road leading generally northeast from Fort Nelson, BC, providing access to oil and gas infrastructure and First Nations traditional territories.
