Description - Description: Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) has a requirement for distribution of electricity to all buildings and facilities within its boundaries. SIAD is a member of the Plumas Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative (PSREC) which is the utility that provides electricity to SIAD. PSREC owns SIAD's electrical system. SIAD seeks continuation of the supply of electricity.
