Description - The supply and placement of the complete fittings (furniture, lights, signaling, adaptation of electrical installations, hygiene kit, first aid kit, generators, transformers, etc.) of commercial vehicles according to the trades of the Contracting Aut hority. The purpose of the market is to conclude a Framework Agreement in cascade with all the Bidders who have submitted a compliant bid. Only the Bidder ranked first for a Lot according to the award criteria of this Lot will be considered as an “active” Bidder for the Lot. The other Bidders, having submitted a regular bid for the Lot, will be considered as “reserve” Bidders for the Lot. Their contract can only be activated in the event
