Description - Description: The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham will soon be going to tender for the provision of a Short Breaks Service for Children and Young People with additional needs and disabilities in the Borough. Short breaks are an integral part of our service offer to parents and carers who have a child with additional needs/ a disability. Regular breaks from caring enable parents and carers to recharge their batteries and continue to provide effective care.
