Description - The City of Cranbrook is participating in the Province of British Columbia’s electric kick scooter pilot project. In order to evaluate the safety and efficacy of these devices, the City is requesting competitive proposals from experienced and quali fied firms/teams to provide a dockless micromobility (E-scooter) sharing system for a term of approximately 4 years, ending on April 5, 2028. The selected proponent will be allowed to design, implement, own, operate and maintain a Pilot Program that will provide the City ample time and information to study the usage, public safety of, and potential public desire for an e-scooter program.
