Description - This Project is located at the Spearfish Work Center within Black Hills National Forest. The scope of work for this project includes removal of existing asphalt roofing system to the deck, inspection of the deck and replacement of deck material as ne eded, and installing a new asphalt roofing system on the Work Center Shop. Work also includes removal and replacement of Shop gutters and downspouts. The Contractor shall be responsible for field verifying all dimensions and quantities of materials required on this project.
