Description - SOLE SOURCE NOTICE The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Nu Flow Technologies, 1270 W. Mission Ave., Escondido, California 92028, to evaluate and inspect damaged sewer piping of the Crow Se rvice Unit, Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana. Nu Flow Technologies has the means to provide a sewer inspection with the ability to go down to 1.5” diameter sewer pipes for analysis to evaluate damaged sewer piping at the Hospital. The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1
