Description - Description: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Vermont Health Access (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide support services for the Sovereign States Drug Co nsortium (SSDC) and its programs for Medicaid supplemental drug rebates and other Medicaid pharmacy benefit rebates.
