The Helpdesk Infrastructure and Facilities (HIF) of Brussels Airport Company (BAC) manages the analysis, handling and follow -up of technical alarms a nd service applications with regard to airport activa, facilities and systems that fall under the competence of BAC. The HIF also supports BAC Parking Management and BAC Customer Care during the night and weekend hours.
