Description - The consultation consists of 3 lots which will be executed independently in the form of framework agreements with purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be concluded with two economic operators (multi-awardee) subject to a sufficient number o f offers. The initial duration of the contract is 2 years, the contract is tacitly renewable twice a year.
