Description - Description: The City of Raleigh is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from construction management at risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of park community centers, art centers, art studios, or similar buildings. CMAR serv ices include but are not limited to pre-construction and construction phase services for improvements to Sertoma Arts Center located within Shelley Lake Park, located at 1400 W.
