Description - Description: The subject of the contract are successive delivery by the Contractor to the Employer Sensors to the cerebral oximeter (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) described in detail and in the quantities given in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ.At the time of the contract, the Contractor will provide a free deposit of goods at the Ordering Party's headquarters, referred to in para. 1, later called the "commission". Under the conditions specified in Annex 4 to SWZ, the Contractor undertakes to deliver the goods to the Ordering Party in the form of a complement to the Commission,
