The bidder must be a legal entity in existence for at least 05 years as on 1st January 2024 and incorporated as: A society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860, or A Trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act 1882, or A company registered under the Companies Act 1956 or the Companies Act 2013, or A statutory body created through an act of the legislature or any international entity in consortiumwith an Indian entity being a limited liability partnershipor a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956/ 2013 or society/trust. Minimum Average Annual Turnover of INR 56 lakhs in last 3 financial years (2020-21, 2021- 22, and 2022- 23) as on 31st March 2023 Audited/Certified Annual Financial Statements and Annual Reports for last 3 (three) financialyear(s) 4.
