Description - In this procurement procedure, the contracting authority selects the operator of a total of 11 local heat sources (also Equipment) in the property of the Brno-sever Municipality, with whom it will conclude a concession contract. The future operator ( Concessionaire) will have these heat sources leased from the client and will operate them, i.e. will ensure the supply of heat and domestic hot water (DHW) to the take-off points connected to these Devices, will carry out their reconstruction (10 Devices) and will carry out repairs , maintenance and revision of the Equipment so that they are in perfect operable condition and meet all legal requirements and technical standards and will also ensure
