Description - Description: This framework agreement will be a one supplier framework for 4 years with no option to extend. The framework will be owned by Gloucestershire County Council (“the Council”) but open to other users. The Council and the successful con tractor will be parties to the Framework Agreement. The Council will allow other users but they must first sign an access agreement prior to calling off the framework agreement.
