Description - Description: Ringsaker municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, needs to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of seasonal plants and flowers for the municipality ́s outside areas. The framework agreeme nt mainly includes summer flowers and some defined plants for spring and autumn for the municipality ́s outside areas.
