Description - The object of the procurement are helicopter flights related to the search, marking and banding of wolves. Procurement is divided into two areas:1) search flights2) panning flightsOne helicopter with pilots is needed for search flights. One Luke empl oyee is on the flight. One helicopter with pilots is also needed for the panning flights, and two Luke employees are on the flight. Flights are unlikely to be flown at the same time.If necessary, the helicopter must be able to be refueled and serviced in the field.The service is produced annually for approximately 3-6 weeks between February 1 and April 15.
