Gore & Associates, Inc., for use in the Navy Working Uniform (NWU) Parka which will be supplied to the United States Navy. The NWU is re quired to be a waterproof breathable garment and seam tape is used to seal the tiny holes created when GORE-TEX® fabric is sewn into garments. The sewing holes may be small, but they will cause leaks. W.L.
