Description - Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) – Science & Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB) requires a scaffolding contractor to install a scaffolding at “K” elevation, including hoarding and plexiglass sheets. To provide a portable outdoor toilet for the duration of the scaffolding rental.
