Description - Description: The Engineer will assist URM in monitoring and supervision of the building maintenance, fit-out project execution processes on site from stage of shell & core through office build to handover. The Engineer will liaise and coordinate with URM Finance and Administration and IT staff, local suppliers on building management, the landlord and the Orient Business Center, as well the fit-out contractor on completion of the works and rectification of defects within specified time frames, in an organized and cost-effective manner, and in compliance with the approved design and quality standards.
