Description - Description: The Consultant will assist OMDP in (i) executing TAS and TA projects, (ii) developing and implementing advisory mandates in ADB DMCs in Southeast Asia, East Asia and the Pacific (the “SEP countries”), (iii) assist DMC government agen cies in preparing applications for TA support, and (iv) provide support to procure and monitor external resources required to meet the TAS and TA objectives.
