Description - Project Description: The USFS Procurement & Property Services (PPS) Special Project Operations Center (SPOC) is pursuing a contract for the installation of boundary and recreational fencing for Pecos-Las Vegas Ranger District in Santa Fe NF. Work sup ports fire rehabilitation efforts to rebuild fencing either destroyed or damaged during the HPCC Fire and includes but is not limited to removal of existing fencing; hazard tree felling within the fence line corridor; and installation of new barbed wire fencing.
