Description - Description: Saltash Town Council has traditionally managed the organisation of Christmas lights in-house, with contractors hired to install, manage, and maintain them in preparation for the festive season. Last year, the Town Council invested in new festoon lighting. However, the other Town Council owned decorations, including cross motifs and lamp post motifs, reached the end of their lifespan and were recycled earlier this year.
