Description - The purpose of this procurement action is to obtain pressure washing services for the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor shall perform pressure washing services in all designated spaces including exterior spaces; including, but not limited to buildings, walls, staircases, walkways, terraces, ceilings, overhangs, roofs, entry ways, exits, windows, garages, patios, furniture, and signage.  Most areas will require an annual treatment, while others, such as main entrances, exits, and stairwells, may require monthly treatments.
