Description - The Department of Veteran Affairs, Salem VA medical Center is seeking a contractor to pump out diesel fuel from all the abandoned underground fuel tanks on the Medical Center. The qualified Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipm ent, transportation, and qualified supervision necessary to pump out and dispose of approximately 3,000 gallons diesel fuel from all the abandoned underground fuel tanks at the Salem VA Medical Center. Contact will adhere to all federal and state laws to effectively pump and dispose of fuel using the proper safety protocols to insure there is zero amount of fuel spilled during the collection process.
