Description - Per this solicitation the Bureau of Land Management shall select a Contractor for a one-year period with two additional (option) years where the contract may be continued exercising said option years. Performance will be measured via a Quality Assura nce Surveillance Plan. The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan is derived from the Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor shall submit a Quality Assurance Plan at the Pre-work Conference Meeting.
