Description - The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to negotiate a contract on a single source basis to ADB Safegate, Columbus, OH, for the acquisition of controlling and test equipment for Facilities and Equipment (F&E) material that will be installed as Generation 2 components at Runway Status Light (RWSL) system equipped airports. This acquisition will procure the following RWSL equipment: •           AGC4170/RWSL Individual Light Controller (ILC) •           AGC1110/RWSL Master Lighting Controller (MLC) In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System Paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision
