Description - Description: RSPB Cymru is looking to appoint a contractor for forest-to-bog works at Bryn Fawnog, Lake Vyrnwy, as part of an extensive ongoing programme of peatland restoration.The contractor will be working to raise the water table on an area of fo rmer commercial conifer plantation which has been clear felled. Restoration methods will include stump augering, ground smoothing, gully and ditch blocking and hag reprofiling.
