Description - West Suffolk Council is seeking quotations for the provision of Roof Upgrade to the South Store, The Athenaeum. To include:-Strip back all existing modern internal wall coverings-Carry out repairs to structural timbers affected by wet rot-Strip off e ntire roof coverings, underlay and battens.-Install new timber battens, breathable membrane, slate roof covering and lead/wood hip and ridge details.-Replace Upvc rainwater goods.-Strip off existing mezzanine deck, install new timber floor joists to extend existing mezzanine, install insulation between ceiling joists and install new deck.Further details can be found in the 'My Tenders' area of this website, by selecting the 'View Details' button
