Description - Description: The city of Erkrath is looking for a company to carry out roof sealing work as part of the new construction of a three-field sports hall on the property at Bachstrasse 20 in 40699 Erkrath. Following acceptance, maintenance work must be c arried out for a period of 10 years.The building plot is part of a school site. On part of the property to be developed there was a single-field sports hall with outbuildings and a partial basement, which was demolished. The excavation pit created by demolishing the basement was filled up to the defined rough level.To the north is the existing secondary school, which is in operation, and to the south is the high school, which is also in operation
