Description - This contract is awarded with a view to carrying out various road works in the town of Biscarrosse. The consultation will lead to the conclusion of a framework agreement executed as the purchase order is issued as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1Â °, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the code of public order. Prices are established individually and are subject to review according to the conditions listed in the C.C.A.P. The framework agreement is concluded within the limits of 200,000 euros excluding tax/year minimum and 1,300,000 euros excluding tax/year maximum.
