Description - Riverside are procuring a new framework for the delivery of disrepair and complex work in England and Wales. This framework will comprise 12 regional lots, across two value bands. Lots 1a-1l will cover work up to £500k and Lots 2a - 2l will cover wo rks over £500k. The scope of the framework will also include, WIP management and responsive repairs support, minor work and voids support services.
