Description - The Town of Port Hedland (Town) have continued with the detailed design development of the South Hedland Integrated Sports Hub (SHISH) since Council adopted the amended masterplan in September 2022.The progression of Stages 1A & 1B see the relocation of Kevin Scott Oval to the western end of the Wanangkura Stadium. As well as a new AFL standard oval, there will be supporting amenities to this, by way of spectator seating, carparking and landscaping.Stage 1B is the construction of a new multi user sporting pavilion for four (4) unisex changerooms to support female inclusion in sport.
