Description - Penrith City Council (PCC) is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced Civil Works Contractor for Nepean Ave shared path design and construct project, in Penrith LGA.Council is building a new pedestrian pathway, with an average w idth of 2.6 metres, along the western side of Nepean Avenue between Tench Reserve and Memorial Avenue.This project will deliver the missing link on the Great River Walk by completing the Bridge-to-Bridge loop and address current safety issues by eliminating the need for pedestrians to walk on the road.Project outcomes:?
