Description - Description: The Work Requirements in this RFT involve the rehabilitation of the exterior envelope of a 34-unit row housing development. This involves replacing existing windows and exterior entry doors with new ones and repairing masonry & concrete foundations at specified areas across the exterior envelope. Replacing existing sealants for all penetrations through the exterior envelope will also be required.
