Description - The Works involves upgrades to the Mallanganee Lookout including the construction of a new spherical Superstructure, foundations and suspended slab. The Scope also involves upgrades to Bulmer and Mallanganee Lookout Roads, turn around area and constr uction of new parking spaces, amenities building, pathways, seating, handrails and lighting.
