This platform will be the foundation for a seamless mobile-first experience that aligns with the Customer Experience Strategy 2 024-2027, ensuring Council services are accessible and user-friendly on any device, anywhere, anytime.The overarching outcome is to have all Inner West Councils digital systems interfacing with each other to create a holistic, single point of access focusing on the customer journey.Fundamentally, Inner West Council will undertake this journey over a three (3) year period by having regular releases guided by feedback and organisational priorities
