Description - RFSO has been initiated to establish a list of qualified Suppliers who hold the necessary experience, skills and understanding to complete one of two types of buildings condition assessments and reporting for base building components associated with Ontario Government Buildings within the Governments General Real Estate Portfolio (GREP). These assessments include conducting either 1) a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) for owned assets with GREP or 2) a Joint Technical Review (JTR) for asset under Public Private Partnership (P3) management.
