Description - Notice is hereby given that the Town of Valdese is conducting a qualification based selection process to retain a proponent for professional services in a study to determine the extent and costs of renovations and repairs to the Town’s existing Pub lic Safety facility to bring it up to safe working conditions, current building codes, and agency requirements. The Town desires to have a design professional determine the best and most economical long term solution for the facility. The Town anticipates a contract to perform a study for solutions to needed repairs including temporary relocation of current services during construction as well as the renovations to meet agency State requirements
