Description - The Place du Portage III facility was built in the 1970’s and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3- storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Provide indoor air quality testing for LEED v4.1 certification for both particulate matter and VOC points towards LEED Gold certification.
